Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization for approval of a Special Permit Use for a modular home in an R-1A zoning district at 158 Wisner Street, Paradis, as requested by David Price.
Body
WHEREAS, David Price requested a Special Permit Use for a modular home at 158 Wisner Street, in an R-1A zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Department recommended approval of the request; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the request at its regular meeting of September 7, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL hereby provides this resolution in support of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s decision to approve a Special Permit Use for a modular in an R-1A zoning district at 158 Wisner Street, Paradis, as requested by David Price.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this _ day of , 2017, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
