Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. S020301, 8" Sewer Force Main Extension, to balance contractual quantities with actual job quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 02-8-10 adopted August 5, 2002 by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. for the construction of 8" Sewer Force Main Extension in the amount of $39,880.00; and,
WHEREAS, the project was completed by Boh Bros. Construction Company, L.L.C. three (3) days ahead of the original completion date and $7,560.00 under the original contract price.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) - Final to the contract for the 8" Sewer Force Main to reduce contract time by three (3) days and offer a $7,560.00 credit to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
