The developer is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat as presented at the regular meeting of January 6, 2000, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2000-01.

A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to the developer, Bar None Ranch Estates/Norman Goodman, of Metairie, LA to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2000-01, resubdivision of Parcels X and Y into Lots 1-10 and Parcel Y-1, a portion of Lesseigne Subdivision, Bar None Ranch Estates, St. Charles Parish, and to provide written approval to waiver the requirement that electrical utilities be installed underground for the purpose of tying into existing above electrical utilities. The developer is hereby authorized to proceed with the plat as presented at the regular meeting of January 6, 2000, which is identified as Case No. PZS-2000-01.

WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires that a waiver to Subdivision Regulations requirements can occur after both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council; and,
WHEREAS, the developer, Bar None Ranch Estates/Charles Goodman (Metairie, La.) wishes to construct a subdivision, Lesseigne Manor in St. Rose, La.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for the subdivision development outlined in the Subdivision Approval application contained in Planning & Zoning Commission Case PZS-2000-01.
