Title
A resolution to create four (4) Council Committees.
Body
WHEREAS, members of the Parish Council wish to consolidate several existing Council Committees which frequently address similar issues; and,
WHEREAS, any outstanding or future issues of these Committees will be assigned or consolidated into the four (4) Committees created in this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL do hereby create the following Council Committees:
1. Operations, Maintenance, and Construction Management Committee
2. Legislative Committee
3. Contract/Finance and Administrative Committee
4. Special Projects/Public Safety, Health and Environmental Committee

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
