Title

A resolution to appoint Mr. Charlie Wilson to the Industrial Development Board.

Body

WHEREAS:                  There exists a vacancy on the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD                 ; and,

WHEREAS:                  The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,

BE IT RESOLVED,      that Mr. Charlie Wilson        225 Trailway Drive, Hahnville, LA  70057                      be appointed to the   INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD                ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appointment shall be effective as of OCTOBER 1, 2001  and terminate  OCTOBER 1, 2007 .
