An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981 to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) to O-L on Square 15-A, Square 16-A, and the adjoining segments of Washington Road and Second Street in New Diamond Subdivision as requested by Shell Chemical Company.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to change the zoning classification from R-1A(M) to O-L on Square 15-A, Square 16-A, and the adjoining segments of Washington Road and Second Street in New Diamond Subdivision, Norco, Louisiana shown on the attached resubdivision survey by Lucien Gassen dated February 13, 2004.

      SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification from R-1A(M) to O-L on Square 15-A, Square 16-A, and the adjoining segments of Washington Road and Second Street in New Diamond Subdivision, Norco, Louisiana shown on the attached resubdivision survey by Lucien Gassen dated February 13, 2004.
