Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of George Busot - "Global Protection Group, LLC" - a contract security service at 325 St. Nicholas Street, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of George Busot would require Louisiana State licensing for a contract security service.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.      That the described home occupation application by George Busot, 325 St. Nicholas Street, Luling, La. is for - "Global Protection Group, LLC" - a contract security service is hereby approved.
      SECTION II.      That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant George Busot a home occupation permit for a contract security service.
