RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution to appoint Mr. Carmine Frangella to the Planning & Zoning Commission as the District VI Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, There exists a vacancy on the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION due to the resignation of Mr. Ronald J. Perry on January 4, 2013 ; and,
WHEREAS, The Council is desirous of filling this vacancy; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Carmine Frangella 535 Vial Street, Norco, LA 70079 be appointed to fill unexpired term on the PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective IMMEDIATELY and terminate MAY 31, 2016.
