RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. Ernest Eusea to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District IV Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Robert Price on December 7, 2021; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Ernest Eusea P.O. Box 161, Paradis, LA 70080 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District IV Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this appointment shall be effective as of DECEMBER 7, 2021 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2025.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
