Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers for necessary Professional Engineering Services associated with Parish Project No. P090302 River Bend Drainage Improvement Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council desires to have the following described project designed and constructed to wit:
(DESCRIPTION)
Engineering services for Parish Project No. P090302 River Bend Drainage Improvement Project will include but will not be limited to serving as Owner's professional engineering representative for the Project, providing professional engineering consultation and advice, and furnishing customary civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control engineering services and construction engineering and inspection.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Professional Services Agreement for Parish Project No. P090302, River Bend Drainage Improvement Project between Civil & Environmental Consulting Engineers and the Parish of St. Charles is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf of the Parish of St. Charles.
