Title
An ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 81-10-6, Zoning Ordinance, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 and R-1M to M-1 on the East Tract of Matthews/Oliviera Lands and a 1.41 acre parcel abutting to the north in Boutte, Louisiana as shown on a plan by Michael D. Bernard dated July 12, 2004 and revised November 13, 2004.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance No. 81-10-6, Zoning Ordinance, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from C-3 and R-1M a on the East Tract of Matthews/Oliviera Lands and a 1.41 acre parcel abutting to the north in Boutte, Louisiana as shown on a plan by Michael D. Bernard dated July 12, 2004 and revised November 13, 2004.
SECTION II. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Map to reflect this reclassification from C-3 and R-1M to M-1 on the East Tract of Matthews/Oliviera Lands and a 1.41 acre parcel abutting to the north in Boutte, Louisiana as shown on a plan by Michael D. Bernard dated July 12, 2004 and revised November 13, 2004.
