RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution appointing Mr. John T. Lambert to the St. Charles Parish Board of Adjustment as the District V Representative.
Body
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT due to the expiration of the term of Mr. Dwayne E. Harris on December 7, 2025; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Parish Council to fill this vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. John T. Lambert 11066 River Road, Saint Rose, La 70087 is hereby appointed to the ST. CHARLES PARISH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT as the District V Representative.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said appointment shall be effective as of DECEMBER 7, 2025 and shall expire DECEMBER 7, 2029.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2025, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
