Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Monique Aucoin - "Oaks A/C & Heating, LLC" - an a/c and heating business at 220 Oak Street, St. Rose, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Monique Aucoin would require Louisiana State licensing for an a/c and heating business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Monique Aucoin, 220 Oak Street, St. Rose, La. is for - "Oaks A/C & Heating, LLC" - an a/c and heating business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Monique Aucoin a home occupation permit for an a/c and heating business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
