An ordinance of St. Charles Parish to approve the family subdivision of a tract of land described as having a width of one half arpent by a depth to the 50 arpent line located in Section 34, T13S R21E into Lots L-1 and "A" through "H" and "J" through "O", Ama, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by M/M Steven Lemoine.

Body

WHEREAS,      M/M Steven Lemoine own a tract of land in Ama, La; and,

WHEREAS,      the owners wish to subdivide the identified tract for a family subdivision; and,

WHEREAS,      the subdivision and development plan meets the standards contained within the local subdivision and zoning ordinances.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS, that the family subdivision of a tract of land described as having a width of one half arpent by a depth to the 50 arpent line located in Section 34, T13S R21E into Lots L-1 and "A" through "H" and "J" through "O", Ama, St. Charles Parish, La. as requested by M/M Steven Lemoine has been approved.
