Title
A resolution providing mandatory supporting authorization to the Sunset Drainage District to endorse the positive Planning & Zoning Commission decision regarding PZS-2002-48, allowing a waiver to the minimum lot width from 60 ft. to 53.45 ft. frontage. The property owner is hereby authorized to vary the required minimum lot width from 60 ft. to 53.45 ft. frontage for a resubdivision of surplus parcels of land abutting Lot 8-A of Paradis West Subdivision and X-3-3 and X-3-4 of Commercial Tract “X” into Lots 8-A-1, X-4 and X-5, Section 39, T14S R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La. Zoning District R-1A.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 (as amended) requires both Planning & Zoning Commission approval and a supporting resolution of the Parish Council for a waiver to minimum lot width; and,
WHEREAS, the property owners, the Sunset Drainage District, wish to subdivide surplus parcels of land abutting Lot 8-A of Paradis West Subdivision and X-3-3, X-3-4 of Commercial Tract “X” into Lots *-A-1, X-4 and X-5, Section 39, T14S R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, does hereby provide this supporting resolution for surplus parcels of land abutting Lot 8-A of Paradis West Subdivision and X-3-3, X-3-4 of Commercial Tract “X” into Lots *-A-1, X-4 and X-5, Section 39, T14S R20E, Paradis, St. Charles Parish, La., with waiver to the minimum lot width from 60 ft. to 53.45 ft. frontage, as outlined in Planning & Zoning Commission case PZS-2002-48.
