Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P000303A, Parish Wide Drainage Telemetry - Phase IIIA Kellogg Pump Station, to decrease the contract amount by $2,095.00 and to increase the contract time by 49 calendar days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-8-7 adopted August 2, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Entergy Operation Services, Inc. for the construction of the Parish Wide Drainage Telemetry - Phase IIIA Kellogg Pump Station, Parish Project No. P000303A, in the amount of $123,443.00; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to decrease the original contract in the amount of $2,095.00 and to increase the contract time by 49 calendar days to balance actual quantities.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) - Final for Parish Project No. P000303A, Parish Wide Drainage Telemetry - Phase IIIA Kellogg Pump Station, to decrease the contract amount by $2,095.00 and to increase the contract time by 49 calendar days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
