Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Leonard & Shirley Baudoin - "LSB Home Improvements" - a home renovations business at 1002 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Leonard & Shirley Baudoin would require Louisiana State licensing for a home renovations business.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Leonard & Shirley Baudoin, 1002 Ormond Blvd., Destrehan, La. is for - "LSB Home Improvements" - a home renovations business is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Leonard & Shirley Baudoin a home occupation permit for a home renovations business.
