Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Rolanda Smith, 318 Julia Street, Hahnville, LA for "Snack Shack", a snack shop to sell candy, drinks and ice cream.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those Home Occupations requiring State Agency Approval for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed Home Occupation of Rolanda Smith would require a Louisiana Department of Health and Hospital approval for the operation of a snack shop to sell candy, drinks and ice cream.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described Home Occupation Application by Rolanda Smith, 318 Julia Street, Hahnville, LA is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning and Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Rolanda Smith, 318 Julia Street, Hahnville, LA for "Snack Shack", a snack shop to sell candy, drinks and ice cream.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this _____ day of _________, 1999 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
