Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. One (1) for Parish Project No. P000303 Parishwide Drainage System Telemetry - Phase II to provide Parish-requested instrument box enclosures, provide changes to the battery grounding system, and to adjust contractual quantities with actual quantities.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 01-7-11 adopted July 23, 2001 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P000303 Parishwide Drainage System Telemetry - Phase II to MMR Constructors, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish requested enclosures for instrument boxes to deter vandalism; and,
WHEREAS, the battery grounding system had to be changed in order to provide a compatible transition system.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS,
SECTION I. That Change Order No. One (1) to the contract for the Parishwide Drainage System Telemetry - Phase II to provide instrument box enclosures and a compatible battery grounding system is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
