THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 10 Garbage and Trash, Article 1. In General, Sec. 10-18 Administration. (a) President (2) be amended as follows:
AS WRITTEN
(2) To control the storage, collection and disposal of refuse;
AS REVISED
(2) To control the storage, collection and disposal of refuse under the Parish solid waste contract and to utilize Parish owned boom trucks on a non-regular basis to remove solid waste during times of need;
