Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Renee & Mark Pons - "NTL Never To Late Transportation, LLC" - a contract tugboat captain at 236 Evangeline Road, Montz, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Renee & Mark Pons would require Louisiana State licensing for a contract tugboat captain.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Renee & Mark Pons, 236 Evangeline Road, Montz, La. is for - "NTL Never To Late Transportation, LLC" - a contract tugboat captain is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Renee & Mark Pons a home occupation permit for a contract tugboat captain.
