Title
A resolution certifying that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:2211, et. seq., for the Ellington Pump Station, State Project No. H.013148.
Body
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish has solicited bids for the Ellington Pump Station, State Project No. H.013148, in accordance with the current bid laws of the State of Louisiana, including, but not limited to R.S. 38:2211 et. seq.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish has submitted to DOTD Certification of proof of publication, one (1) copy of the bid proposals and bid bonds as submitted by each of the three (3) lowest bidders, a legible copy of the bid tabulation of all bids received and certified to be correct by the Engineer, a copy of the Engineer’s Recommendation of Award letter, and a copy of the Notice of Award letter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby certify that St. Charles Parish has complied with the bidding procedures of Louisiana Revised Statutes 38:22111, et. seq., for the Willowridge Pump Station, State Project No. H.013148.
The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the resolution was declared adopted this day of , 2018, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
