ORDINANCE NO.
Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. 1 for the St. Charles Parish Library, St. Rose Branch in the amount of $14,479.72.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 01-10-3 on October 1, 2001, approving a contract with Favalora Contractors, Inc. for the St. Rose Branch Library in the amount of $1,244,614.00; and,
WHEREAS, various revisions have been made to the contract as outlined in Change Order No 1 in the amount of $14,479.72; and,
WHEREAS, Chenevert, Songy, Rodi, Soderberg, Inc, the Project Architect, and the Library Board have reviewed the proposed change order and recommend its approval.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Change Order No 1 to the contract for the St. Rose Branch Library with Favalora Contractors, Inc. is hereby approved in the amount of $14,479.72.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order No. 1 on behalf of St. Charles Parish.
