THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 01-7-12 adopted July 23, 2001, by the St. Charles Parish Council, approved and authorized the execution of a contract with Capitol Enterprises, Inc. for the Repair and Repainting of Ground Water Storage Tank No. 1 at Luling Water Plant in the amount of $163,954.00 and,
SECTION II. That it is necessary to decrease the contract amount by $2,700.00 and to decrease the contract time by 28 calendar days.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby approve and authorize the execution of Change Order No. One (1) and final for the Repair and Repainting of Ground Water Storage Tank No. 1 at Luling Water Plant to decrease the contract amount by $2,700.00 and to decrease the contract time by 28 Calendar Days.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute this Change Order to the contract.
