RESOLUTION NO.                   

Title

A resolution asking the Parish Council to support forwarding a letter for an opinion from the Attorney General regarding advertised televised Committee Meetings when there is no quorum.

Body

WHEREAS,      Committee Meetings with no quorum are held and televised for discussion and informational purposes only; and,

WHEREAS,      should said committee meetings with no quorum, continue after roll call for discussion and informational purposes only; and,

WHEREAS,      due to lack of a quorum no action is taken.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby support forwarding a letter for an opinion from the Attorney General regarding advertised televised Committee Meetings when there is no quorum.
