WHEREAS,                     Alyssa Kay Acker is a resident of St. Charles Parish, residing in Destrehan, Louisiana with her parents Raquel and John and brother Devin; and,

 

 

 

WHEREAS,                     on Saturday, August 6, 2016, Alyssa was crowned the 21st Teen Queen at the 58th annual St. Charles Parish Festival pageant held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic School in Norco.

 

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
