Title
A resolution providing support for the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission’s Resolution 2019-02, rules for regular meetings of the Commission.
Body
WHEREAS, the current rules of the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission state “the rules may be repealed or amended by concurrence of a majority of all Commissioners, and Council resolution”; and,
WHEREAS, a majority of the Commissioners approved of RULES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE ST CHARLES PARISH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, updated September 5, 2019 at their meeting of September 5, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, hereby provides this resolution in support RULES FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Updated September 5, 2019.
