ORDINANCE NO.  ___________

Title

An ordinance to provide for the installation of "STOP" signs on both sides of an unnamed street which intersects with West Lawson Street and Park Street in New Sarpy.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15 Motor Vehicles and Traffic provides for the installation of traffic control signs; and,

WHEREAS,      it is the desire of the Parish Council to authorize the installation of "STOP" signs on both sides of an unnamed street which intersects with West Lawson Street and Park Street in New Sarpy.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.      That there is hereby established "STOP" signs on both sides of an unnamed street which intersects with West Lawson Street and Park Street in New Sarpy.

      SECTION II.      That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to erect and maintain said "STOP" sign.

      The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
