WHEREAS, it is important to properly maintain and operate all public facilities to:
· protect the public's investment in public buildings
· assist the citizens of St. Charles Parish in conducting their business with local and state agencies housed in public buildings
· protect the overall health and well-being of public employees
· provide space for state agencies providing public services in local government buildings
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the following facilities shall be maintained and equipped as described below:
Office of Motor Vehicles
Chairs - $3200.00 - no shipping charges
15 waiting room - Prison Enterprises, Dakota $97.00 ea. = $1500.00
5 -guests - Prison Enterprises, Dakota $97.00 ea. = $500.00
6 secretary chairs - Prison Enterprises, Sapphire $185.31 ea. = $1200.00
Blinds (3) - $560.00
2 - 5'10"W x 9'6"H
1 - 1'5½"W x 9'6"H
Southern Carpet, Hunter Douglas, Decor, 8 gauge heavy duty Alum.
$234.38, $87.00 = total $555.76

Rugs to protect carpet and floor - $120.000 Annual Rental
A-1 Service - SCP 3x5 - changed out 2x/mo. = $10.00/mo. = $120.00
Plain 3x5 - changed out 2x/mo. = $3.75/mo.
