Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for Parish Project No. P021201, Road Maintenance 2004, to decrease the contract amount by $92,565.20 and to decrease the contract time by 78 days.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-09-07 adopted September 7, 2004 by the St. Charles Parish Council awarded construction of Parish Project No. P021201, Road Maintenance 2004, to Barriere Construction Co., L.L.C.; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract to adjust the original contract quantities with actual quantities resulting in a decrease of $92,565.20 in the contract amount and a decrease in the contract time by 78 calendar days.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Administration is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (Final) for the Road Maintenance 2004 contract to decrease the contract amount by $92,565.20 and to decrease the contract time by 78 days.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute said Change Order.
