Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of James P. Kelly for - "S/K Electric" - an electrical contracting business at 100 Ivy Court, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of James P. Kelly would require Louisiana State licensing for electrical contracting.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by James P. Kelly, 100 Ivy Court, Luling, La. is for - "S/K Electric" - an electrical contracting business.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant James P. Kelly a home occupation permit for an electrical contracting business.
