Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Capitol Enterprises, Inc. for the Repair and Repainting of the Montz Elevated Water Tower in the amount of $102,672.50.

WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on December 13, 2002, for the Repair and Repainting of the Montz Elevated Water Tower.
WHEREAS, Shread-Kuyrkendall & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, Capitol Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $102,672.50.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Capitol Enterprises, Inc., for the Repair and Repainting of the Montz Elevated Water Tower be hereby accepted in the amount of $102,672.50.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
