IN RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Karly Estay Boudreaux is a resident of Lafourche Parish residing in Lockport, Louisiana. She is the wife of Tyler Boudreaux; and,
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2024, Karly was crowned the 6th Festival of Charities Ms Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held in Destrehan; and,
WHEREAS, Karly will represent the Festival of Charities at the Down Syndrome Association of Greater New Orleans (DSAGNO) Buddy Walk, and several fairs and festivals throughout Louisiana.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, WE THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
