IN   RECOGNITION

WHEREAS,                     Kayleigh Nicole Buchanon is a resident of St. James Parish, residing in Gramercy, Louisiana with her parents Daryl and Renee Buchanon and her brothers Seth, Gavin, Liam, and Connor; and,

WHEREAS,                     on August 7, 2016, Kayleigh was crowned the 10^th Junior Miss Festival of Charities Queen at the annual Festival of Charities Pageant held at the American Legion Hall in St. Rose; she also received the Photogenic and Fashion awards.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, do hereby offer this tribute and recognition to
