RESOLUTION NO.
Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to WILPRISE PIPELINE COMPANY, LLC, CUP #P980416 (Amendment), for a permit to clear and grub an area for the expansion of a flare area that adjoins an existing metering and transfer station operated by Koch Pipeline Company, St. Charles Parish, as an amendment to the permit installing and maintaining a 12" natural gas pipeline approximately 30 miles in length, with appurtenant structures in St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. James, and Ascension Parishes.

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Wilprise Pipeline Company, LLC, to clear and grub an area for the expansion of a flare area that adjoins an existing metering and transfer station operated by Koch Pipeline Company, St. Charles Parish, as an amendment to the permit installing and maintaining a 12" natural gas pipeline approximately 30 miles in length, with appurtenant structures in St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, St. James, and Ascension Parishes.
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Wilprise Pipeline Company, LLC., their transferees and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
