Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of John D. Tolliver, Sr. for – "Southside Mortgage Co., LLC" – to receive, process and send applications to the primary lender at 18 Stanton Hall Drive, Destrehan, La.
Body
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Council has established the requirement of both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of John D. Tolliver, Sr. would require Louisiana State Board of Financial Institutions approval for operating a mortgage company.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS;
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by John D. Tolliver, Sr. at 18 Stanton Hall Drive, Destrehan for – "Southside Mortgage Co., LLC" – a mortgage company.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant John D. Tolliver, Sr., a home occupation permit for a mortgage company.
SECTION III. The permit will be approved with the condition that no face to face business shall take place at this residence for the purpose of conducting business.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:

NAYS: MINNICH
ABSENT: NONE
And the ordinance was declared adopted this 21st day of August , 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
