Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with Entergy Operation Services, Inc. for the construction of Project P000303A, Parish Wide Drainage System Telemetry - Phase IIIA, Kellogg Pump Station in the amount of $123,443.00.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on June 25, 2004 for Parish Wide Drainage System - Phase IIIA, Kellogg Pump Station; and,
WHEREAS, GSE Associates, Inc., consulting engineer for the project, has reviewed the bids and recommend that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Entergy Operation Services, Inc., in the amount of $123,443.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the bid of Entergy Operation Services, Inc. for the construction of Parish Wide Drainage System Telemetry - Phase IIIA, Kellogg Pump Station be hereby accepted in the amount of $123,443.00.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
