Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of an Act of Dedication for the Primrose Estates Subdivision, Luling, La.
Body
WHEREAS, Ridgeland Properties, LLC are the owners of a certain portion of property located in St. Charles Parish more fully described as Primrose Estates Subdivision, a resubdivision of a portion of Lots 28-A, 29-A and Portions of Lots 24-27 of Ellington – Friedlander Plantation in Section 50, Township 13 South, Range 21 East, into Lots 1-73, RC-1, 29-A-1 though 29-A-4 and remainder of lot 27, Primrose Estates Subdivision, Primrose Drive, Montpelier Drive, Zachary Drive, Madison Drive, and indicated servitudes on a Final Plat prepared by Krebs, LaSalle, LeMieux Consultants, dated March 5, 1998 with a final revision dated July 22, 1999.
WHEREAS, said subdivision has been constructed in accordance with the St. Charles Parish Subdivision Regulations of 1981, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, all required administrative reviews and approvals have been effected relative to said subdivision.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the attached Act of Dedication by Ridgeland Properties, LLC to St. Charles Parish is hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION II. That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached Act of Dedication on behalf of St. Charles Parish.

And the Ordinance was declared adopted this ____ day of_________1999, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
