Title
An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Louis J. Gassen - "Louis J. Gassen, Jr., PLS" - a professional land surveyor at 1205 Gassen Street, Luling La.
Body
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed home occupation of Louis J. Gassen would require Louisiana State licensing for a professional land surveyor.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the described home occupation application by Louis J. Gassen, 1205 Gassen Street, Luling, La. is for - "Louis J. Gassen, Jr., PLS" - a professional land surveyor is hereby approved.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Louis J. Gassen a home occupation permit for a professional land surveyor.

The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of _________, 2006, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
