Title
An ordinance to approve and authorize the execution of a contract with BOH Brothers Construction Company for the Hahnville Water Main Improvements - LA 18 in the amount of $676,080.00.
Body
WHEREAS,      sealed bids were received by the Parish on July 18, 2003, for the Hahnville Water Main Improvements - LA 18; and,
WHEREAS,      Shread-Kuyrkendall & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers for the Project, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Contract be awarded to the low bidder, BOH Brothers Construction Company in the amount of $676,080.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
      SECTION I.  That the bid of BOH Brothers Construction Company for the Hahnville Water Main Improvements - LA 18 be hereby accepted in the amount of $676,080.00.
      SECTION II.  That the Parish President is hereby authorized to execute the attached contract documents.
