Title
An ordinance of the Parish of St. Charles to amend the Code of Ordinances, Parish of St. Charles, Chapter 2, Article III. Commissions, Section 2-52. Compensation for members of Zoning Board of Adjustment from $40.00 to $60.00 per diem.
Body
WHEREAS, on October 19, 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6 was adopted by the St. Charles Parish Council which established the Board of Adjustment and prescribed its powers and duties; and,
WHEREAS, on May 21, 2007 the St. Charles Parish Council adopted Ordinance No. 07-5-12 which increased the per diem paid to the Members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to $60.00.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article III. Commissions, Section 2-52. Compensation for members of Zoning Board of Adjustment from $40.00 to $60.00 per diem.
