Title
A resolution authorizing the Chairman or the Secretary to offer no objection to Canadian National Railroad, CUP #P20121097 for a permit to replace the existing ballasted deck timber trestle bridge with precast concrete box culverts and steel pipes and construct a temporary access road with a temporary stream crossing over a channel consisting of wooden planking placed in the base of the channel, at Bridge L429.60, T12S-R07E, Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. The temporary access road will also serve project activities at Bridge L429.70 (CUP #P20121096).

BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council acting as the Governing Authority of the Parish:
SECTION I. That the Chairman or the Secretary be and is hereby authorized to offer NO OBJECTION in connection with the application of Canadian National Railroad, CUP #P20121097 for a permit to replace the existing ballasted deck timber trestle bridge with precast concrete box culverts and steel pipes and construct a temporary access road with a temporary stream crossing over a channel consisting of wooden planking placed in the base of the channel, at Bridge L429.60, T12S-R07E, Montz, in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana. The temporary access road will also serve project activities at Bridge L429.70 (CUP #P20121096).
SECTION II. That the offer of no objection shall be issued contingent upon the said Canadian National Railroad, their transferees, and/or assigns agreeing to and complying with the provision that should changes in the conditions in the vicinity be required in the future, they will make such changes as may be necessary to satisfactorily meet the situation and shall bear the cost thereof.
SECTION III. That a copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to all interested parties.
