THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION I.      .To amend the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, Ordinance No. 81-10-6, adopted October 19, 1981, to approve the change of zoning classification from R-1AM to C-3 at 243 Terrace Street (Square C, Lots 74, 75 & 76, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision) New Sarpy, La as requested by Donald Jenkins.

SECTION II.      To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification of R-1AM to C-3 at 243 Terrace Street (Square C, Lots 74, 75 & 76, St. Charles Terrace Subdivision) New Sarpy, La as requested by Donald Jenkins.
