Title
An ordinance asking the Administration to add Kliner Road in Des Allemands to the Road Overlay 2000-2001, Project P000801.
Body
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Parish on June 1, 2001, for the Road Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, bids accepted and recommended were for under the budgeted amount; and,
WHEREAS, Kliner Road in Des Allemands is in deplorable condition; and,
WHEREAS, Kliner Road is rated a 10 on the priority list with ratings of 11 and up scheduled for the overlay project.
ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. That the Parish President hereby authorizes Kliner Road to be added to the overlay list for this year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL, do hereby ask the Administration to add Kliner Road in Des Allemands to the Road Overlay 2000-2001, Project P000801.

And the ordinance was declared adopted this day of , 2001, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
