Title
An ordinance to rescind Ordinances Nos. 82-1-10 and 83-5-14 which provided permitting procedures for subdivisions platted prior to December 31, 1966 and September 2, 1969 respectively without substandard or no improvements.
Body
WHEREAS, on January 18, 1982 and May 16, 1983 respectively, Ordinance Nos. 82-1-10 and 83-5-14 were adopted providing for development of parcels or lots in a subdivision platted prior to the adoption of the 1981 Subdivision Regulations,
WHEREAS, that said provisions are contrary and incompatible with the Subdivision Regulations of 1981,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish believes and asserts that the Ordinances were impliedly repealed by failure to include said ordinances in the codification of said Ordinances.
WHEREAS, in order to avoid any confusion regarding these Ordinances they should be formally repealed by the St. Charles Parish Council.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: that Ordinance Nos. 82-1-10 and 83-5-14 be and the same are hereby repealed.
