Title
An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from M-1, Light Manufacturing and Industry District to R-1M, Manufactured Home/Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park on a 10 foot portion of Lot 32, Lots 33, 34, 35, and an 18 foot portion of Lot 36, Block G, Oak Ridge Park Subdivision, municipal address 1446 Paul Fredrick Drive, Luling as requested by Wade Mongrue.
Body
WHEREAS, the property owner requests rezoning the property from M-1 to R-1M; and,
WHEREAS, the St Charles Parish Department of Planning and Zoning recommended denial of the rezoning; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the request at its regular meeting on December 7, 2017.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. St. Charles Parish hereby approves an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from M-1 to R-1M on a 10 foot portion of Lot 32, Lots 33, 34, 35, and an 18 foot portion of Lot 36, Block G, Oak Ridge Park Subdivision, municipal address 1446 Paul Fredrick Drive, Luling as requested by Wade Mongrue.
SECTION II. That the Department of Planning and Zoning is authorized to amend the Official Zoning Map, St. Charles Parish, Louisiana to reflect this reclassification from M-1 to R-1M on a 10 foot portion of Lot 32, Lots 33, 34, 35, and an 18 foot portion of Lot 36, Block G, Oak Ridge Park Subdivision, municipal address 1446 Paul Fredrick Drive, Luling as requested by Wade Mongrue.
The foregoing ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ______ day of __________, 2018 to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
