A resolution authorizing the Parish President to re-advertise for bids for the purchase of Twenty-Seven Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($27,400,000) of Public Improvement Bonds, Series ST-2008, of the Parish of St. Charles, State of Louisiana.
Body

WHEREAS, this Parish on November 5, 2007 advertised for bids for the purchase of $27,400,000 of Public Improvement Bonds, Series ST-2008 of the Parish of St. Charles, State of Louisiana (the ABonds@) to be received at this meeting of the Council.
WHEREAS, no bids were received for the purchase of said Bonds.
BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Charles Parish Council, acting as the governing authority of the Parish of St. Charles, State of Louisiana (the "Issuer"), that:
SECTION 1. The Parish President is hereby authorized at his discretion to re-advertise such Bonds for sale and to specify a time and date for the receipt of bids.
