Title
An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 99-8-1, which approved the change of zoning classification from R-1A and C-3 to R-1M at property located on the east side of Thelma Drive, Hahnville, La., as requested by Davis Nicholas, Jr., by including Lot 1 on the west side of Thelma Lane.
Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 99-8-1 failed to properly identify the property intended for rezoning by Davis Nicholas, Jr.; and,
WHEREAS, St. Charles Parish Council desires to correct the description stated in Ordinance 99-8-1; and,
WHEREAS, the description shall include the property identified as Lot 1 on the west side of Thelma Lane, Hahnville, La.; and,
WHEREAS, Lot 1 shall be rezoned from C-3 to R-1M.
THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I. To authorize the Department of Planning & Zoning to amend the official St. Charles Parish Zoning Maps to reflect this reclassification the property zoned R-1A to R-1M property located on the east side of Thelma Drive, Hahnville, La. and the property zoned C-3 to R-1M on Lot 1 located on the west side of Thelma Lane, Hahnville, La., as requested by Davis Nicholas, Jr.

The foregoing Ordinance having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
And the ordinance was declared adopted this ________ day of ________________, 2000, to become effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
