Proclamation: “Hardline Mardi Gras Fest”

P R O C L A M A T I O N
WHEREAS, the youth group at First Baptist Church of Luling is sponsoring its annual “Hardline Mardi Gras Fest” fundraiser; and,
WHEREAS, food will be for sale for the Krewe of Lul parade goers on Saturday, February 25, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; and,
WHEREAS, the focus of the Hardline group at First Baptist Church of Luling is to reach the youth of St. Charles Parish and spread the message and good news about Jesus Christ; and,
WHEREAS, First Baptist Church of Luling invites everyone to stop by the church at 921 Paul Maillard Road in Luling and enjoy great food and fellowship.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT WE, THE MEMBERS OF THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL AND THE PARISH PRESIDENT, DO HEREBY PROCLAIM SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2017, AS
“HARDLINE MARDI GRAS FEST”
IN ST. CHARLES PARISH, AND ENCOURAGE ALL CITIZENS TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL.
