Title

An ordinance approving and authorizing the establishment of a Home Occupation under the operation of Corey Johnson- "Johnson Mechanical A/C & Heating" - A/C & heating sales, service and installation.  Home office will be at 17443 Hwy. 631, Des Allemands, La.

Body

WHEREAS,      the St. Charles Parish Code, Appendix A, Section XXII requires both Planning and Zoning Commission and Council approval for those home occupations requiring a state agency review for such operations; and,

WHEREAS,      the proposed home occupation of Corey Johnson would require Louisiana State licensing.

THE ST. CHARLES PARISH COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS:

      SECTION I.  That the described home occupation application by Corey Johnson, 17443 Hwy. 631, Des Allemands, La is for - "Johnson Mechanical A/C & Heating" - A/C & heating sales, service and installation is hereby approved.

      SECTION II.  That the Department of Planning & Zoning is hereby authorized to grant Corey Johnson a home occupation permit for a A/C & heating sales, service and installation.
